The agreement that governs use of this site — version 2.0, effective August 2026.
By accessing or using the Puptidez website, application, or services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to access or purchase from the Platform. By entering the site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. Puptidez may verify age and refuse access or service at its discretion.
All products sold through the Platform are intended solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, investigational, and research purposes. Products are NOT for human or animal consumption. Products are NOT approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Puptidez makes no medical, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic claims.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Puptidez reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Puptidez may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion.
Products may be purchased once or as a monthly subscription. By starting a subscription you authorise a recurring charge to your payment method every 30 days at the price shown at signup, together with shipping, until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the shipment for that period is still sent. No partial refunds are given for an unused portion of a period.
Any promotional or retention discount applies only to the billing period stated when it is offered. The price returns to the standard subscription price afterwards.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order is processed, except as required by applicable law. See the Individual Purchaser Terms & Conditions for full purchase terms.
All content on the Platform — including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, and software — is owned by Puptidez and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent security measures; engage in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse; scrape or copy Platform content; or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.
The Platform and all products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Puptidez disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puptidez's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Puptidez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida. You waive the right to jury trial and class-action participation to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
