Frequently asked questions

About these materials

What exactly am I buying?

A research reference material: a chemically characterised compound, supplied with documentation of its identity and purity, for laboratory and analytical work.

Every vial ships with a certificate of analysis matched to its own lot number, so you can verify exactly what you received.

What are these compounds studied for?

BPC-157 and TB-500 both appear in the preclinical literature on tissue repair, angiogenesis and cell migration. Our reference pages summarise that work in detail — the proposed mechanisms, the model systems used, and how each compound is characterised analytically.

That literature is preclinical. There are no controlled canine studies for either compound to date, so there is no established veterinary use, and Puptidez supplies both strictly as research reference standards.

If you have a question about a specific animal's health, a veterinarian is the right person to ask.

What usage information do you provide?

Storage conditions and shelf life for the sealed vial. The Storage & Handling guide covers it.

We do not publish dosing schedules or administration protocols. No validated figures exist for these compounds outside the specific study conditions described in the literature, so anything we printed would be invented. The handling guide gives you what you need to prepare solutions to your own method's specification.

Quality and documentation

Is there a certificate of analysis?

Yes, for every lot, matched to the specific vial you receive rather than a reused specimen document. It covers identity by mass spectrometry, purity by RP-HPLC with the chromatogram reproduced, the testing laboratory's name, and the assay date.

You can request the current lot's certificate before ordering — no account needed.

Who runs the assay?

An independent third-party laboratory with no commercial interest in the result. In-house testing is not a meaningful check on your own product.

What does ≥99% purity actually mean?

It is the proportion of peptide-related material in the sample that is the target sequence, as resolved by analytical reverse-phase HPLC. The remainder is typically deletion sequences and truncated products from synthesis.

It is not the proportion of the vial's mass that is peptide — lyophilised peptides also contain counterion, usually acetate, and residual water. If that distinction matters to your calculation, ask and we will give you the amino acid analysis figure for your lot.

What happens to a lot that assays below 99%?

It is rejected. Not repriced, relabelled, or sold as a lower grade — there is no second tier.

What is guaranteed?

Identity, purity to the stated specification, lot-matched documentation, and accurate fulfilment. Those are the things we control and can stand behind.

If a vial arrives broken, if the lot number does not match the enclosed certificate, or if the contents do not match your order, contact us within 7 days with photographs and we will make it right. That applies to every order and is not charged for.

Ordering, shipping, and payment

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. Every order has to be tied to an account that has accepted the purchaser terms, so there is no guest checkout.

Creating one takes a minute and there is no approval wait — you are signed in straight away and your cart is kept.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Orders placed before 12:00 ET on a business day ship the same day, and you get a tracking number by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Shipping is a flat $12 on every order, with free shipping automatically applied on orders over $100.

How is it packaged?

Sealed and shipped at ambient temperature, exactly as the vial is stored here. The lyophilised powder does not need refrigeration or a coolant pack, so nothing about the parcel is time-critical. Store the sealed vial somewhere cool and dry when it arrives.

Are there discounts on larger orders?

Yes, and they apply automatically at checkout with no code needed: free shipping from $100, 10% off from $200, 15% off from $350, and 20% off from $500, each on the merchandise subtotal.

A volume discount and a discount code never stack. Whichever saves you more is the one applied, and a code that loses to a volume tier is not used up.

What is shipping protection?

An optional add-on at checkout. If your parcel is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, we ship the same order again at our expense.

It is a replacement service, not insurance and not a refund — a request never results in money back. The fee is a flat amount set by your order subtotal and is shown in full before you pay. Requests are made from your order page within 24 hours of the carrier confirming delivery, with photographs.

Not buying it does not remove the remedy we already publish for our own mistakes: a broken vial, a lot number that does not match its certificate, or contents that do not match your order are put right on every order, protected or not.

Can I return an order?

No. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges, which is standard for reference materials, since we cannot verify how a vial has been kept once it leaves us.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will sort it out. That is covered in the Shipping & Restrictions policy.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

It shows as RESURRECTED HQ, not Puptidez. Puptidez is the trading name of Resurrected Labz LLC, which is the company that takes the payment, so that is the name your bank has on file.

We say so at checkout, on the receipt and in your order history, because an unrecognised line on a statement is the most common reason someone disputes a charge they actually made.

Eligibility and access

Why is age verification required?

These are age-restricted research materials, so we confirm at the door that you are 21 or older and acquiring them for laboratory or research purposes.

It takes a moment and is remembered on your device for 30 days.

Why am I asked to confirm things more than once?

Once at the door, once at registration, and once at checkout. Each is recorded with a timestamp so your file is complete and we can show exactly which version of the terms you were given.

It keeps our documentation as clean as our certificates.

What else do you supply?

Bacteriostatic water, listed separately as a standalone laboratory consumable. Choice of diluent is a decision for your own validated method, so we stock it without pairing it to anything.

We do not carry syringes, needles or injection supplies.

Do you have an affiliate or creator program?

Not at present. If we launch one, participants will work from approved research-framing scripts with clear disclosure, and we will monitor live content.

Research use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Not for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease. These products are not approved by the FDA. Sold only to purchasers 21 years of age or older.
