By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, submitting payment, or completing a purchase through the Puptidez website or application (the "Platform"), you ("Purchaser") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
Purchaser represents and warrants that Purchaser is at least 21 years old; has legal authority to enter this Agreement; will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and will provide accurate and truthful information. Puptidez may refuse service, limit quantities, or terminate access at its discretion.
Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
Purchaser further acknowledges that products may involve unknown risks and that Purchaser assumes full responsibility for handling, storage, transportation, use, and disposal, and possesses sufficient knowledge to handle research materials safely.
Puptidez does not provide medical advice, recommend treatment protocols, guarantee outcomes, or represent any product as safe or effective for human use. Nothing on the Platform or in any advertisement, email, social post, product description, or communication constitutes medical advice, healthcare guidance, treatment recommendation, or a physician-patient relationship. Purchaser agrees not to rely on Puptidez for medical guidance.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products may not be FDA-approved. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with purchase, possession, handling, and use.
Purchaser agrees NOT to:
Purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of Purchaser's jurisdiction and any destination jurisdiction.
Purchaser knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, research use, and disposal of products, and releases and discharges Puptidez from liability arising from misuse, mishandling, or unlawful use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By submitting payment, Purchaser authorizes Puptidez and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method and confirms billing information is accurate. Puptidez may refuse, limit, cancel, or verify orders at its discretion, including to comply with law or shipping restrictions.
Where Purchaser selects a monthly subscription, Purchaser authorizes a recurring charge to the selected payment method every 30 days, at the subscription price shown at signup plus shipping, until cancelled. The first charge is taken at signup.
Purchaser may cancel at any time from the account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the shipment for that period is still sent. No partial refunds are issued for an unused portion of a period.
A promotional or retention discount applies only to the billing period identified when it is offered; subsequent periods are charged at the standard subscription price. If a recurring charge fails, the subscription may be suspended until payment succeeds.
Puptidez may restrict or decline shipment to any jurisdiction where sale, shipment, or possession of a product is restricted or unlawful, and Purchaser is responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of the delivery destination. Unless otherwise stated in writing, title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser upon Puptidez's tender of the products to the carrier. Puptidez is not a common carrier and is not responsible for carrier delays, seizures, or losses in transit except as required by law.
All sales are final. Puptidez does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits and makes no guarantee regarding product performance, purity variance within stated tolerances, results, or suitability for any purpose. Orders may not be canceled once processed.
This Section does not eliminate any right that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights under applicable consumer-protection law and applicable card-network rules. Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent refund attempts may result in account termination, purchasing bans, collection activity, and legal action where permitted.
Purchaser agrees not to engage in fraudulent activity, abuse discount codes, attempt chargeback fraud, use bots or unauthorized purchasing systems, or misrepresent identity or purchasing purpose. Puptidez may terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided "as is," Puptidez disclaims all warranties (express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), and Puptidez is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. Puptidez's total liability will not exceed the amount Purchaser paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puptidez and its officers and agents from claims arising from product misuse, Purchaser misconduct, violation of law, improper handling or storage, unauthorized resale or human use, and third-party claims resulting from Purchaser's conduct.
All Platform content, including logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, videos, software, and marketing materials, is owned by Puptidez and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchaser may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Puptidez materials without written consent.
Purchaser consents to electronic communications (receipts, order updates, subscription and renewal notices, legal and policy notices, account notifications). Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement of a writing.
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Palm Beach County, Florida, except that Puptidez may seek injunctive relief in a Florida court to protect its intellectual property or Confidential Information. Purchaser waives jury trial and class-action participation to the extent permitted. If the class waiver is held unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court.
Puptidez may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms. Puptidez may update these Terms prospectively by posting the updated version and effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance. No refunds or partial refunds will be available.
By clicking "I Agree" or completing a purchase, Purchaser acknowledges that electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and Florida's UETA, and that Purchaser has read, understood, and voluntarily agrees to these Terms before completing payment.
