Lyophilised peptides are sealed and shipped at ambient temperature, exactly as they are stored. The dry powder does not require refrigeration or a coolant pack in transit. Shipping is charged at a flat rate on every order.
Orders placed before 12:00 ET on a business day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Each shipment includes the certificate of analysis for the specific lot of each vial in the order.
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.
The Company may restrict or decline shipment to any jurisdiction where the sale, shipment, or possession of a product is restricted or unlawful. Where an order is declined for this reason, it is cancelled in full and not charged.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser upon the Company's tender of the products to the carrier. The Company is not a common carrier and is not responsible for carrier delays, seizures, or losses in transit except as required by law.
All sales are final, but that is not a licence to ship you the wrong thing. If a vial arrives broken, if the lot number does not match the certificate enclosed, or if the contents do not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.
This is a fulfilment-accuracy remedy. It is not a satisfaction guarantee, a return window, or a refund policy, and it does not apply to a product that arrived exactly as ordered.
Store the sealed vial in a cool, dry place, out of direct light. No refrigeration is required. Detailed handling guidance for each compound is on its product page and in the Storage & Handling reference.
